Campus Solutions Bundle #35 Causing Waivers and 'Class Based' Fees to Reverse/Re-Post

Some customers have reported an issue with Batch Tuition Calculation (SFPBCALC COBOL) after applying Bundle #35 OR the standalone patch for Bug 19306212 - TUITION CALCULATION RESPONSE TIME AFFECTED AFTER APPLYING BUNDLE #33.  The reported behaviour is waivers and and in some situation, charges at the session level are reversing from one item number and payment id number, and reposting under a new item number and payment id number.  Charges at the session level may includea term fee set to calculate by session, a class fee, a course fee or a course list fee.
