Custom OAF page is taking a long time to Load

Hello Experts,

We built a custom page according to the business requirement.When any user tried to open that page to raise a Request,it keeps loading for ling time.Strange thing is it was occurring only for one particular user.The page is opening with a few seconds span for all the remaining users in organization.

Kindly let us know how to troubleshoot this issue. We have enabled the trace for user who is facing this issue and saw the trace file. When we observe the trace file it was showing the query we used in the Custom page.But why this page is opening fine for the rest of the users and why it is not opening fine that particular user.
