How to restrict the user to update the Translation form ?

My requirement is to restrict the update of description and Long Description of items from Master Org Form and Organization Item Form. I have achieved it through the form personalization . But the user can click on the Translation Form (Globe icon) and can change the translation and save. How to restrict the user to update the Translation form ?
