Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. NOTICE: Problem with support bundle uploads and high SR numbers.

Due to the Service Request numbering rolling over to 11 digits (starting with 3-10xxxxxxx)

support bundle uploads with an 11 digit Service Request number will NOT succeed.

As a workaround, please upload the support bundle without adding a Service Request number, and

provide the support bundle number in an update to the Service Request.
