Inventory Org not showing in Lov of QP: Item validation organization, R12.1.3

Hi,

The inventory organization defined is not appearing in the LOV of the profile option QP: Item validation organization.

The following profiles are already set for the responsibility:

Inventory Org accounting information : Points to the specific operating unit

MO: Operating unit: This is also set

OM: Item Validation Org : System Parameter value : This shows the Inventory Organization. Hence was able to select and save.

HR: Business group: This value is also set.

Replicate seed data has been executed.

However, the same inventory org does not appear in the LOV for setting in the QP: Item validation organization.

Please any pointers or suggestion to resolve this would be of great help.
