Data Migration Strategy For Historical Asset Tracking Information

Hi,

We have the Fixed Asset implemented , a huge number of assets are residing in the Asset Book already.

The Business needs to do a physical inventory of all assets and capture the Location information, do an RFID tagging and track it in Oracle Asset Tracking.

I have a question based on the above requirement.

Is it possible to create item instances in Oracle Asset Tracking for existing Asset and tieback this to Assets in Oracle Asset Book?

Could anyone please share with me some guidance on how to achieve this scenario.
