Hi,

Apps 12.1.3

Issue: AR 9359890:R12.AR.B applied for lockbox issue. Applied successfully but file versions are not upgraded

and the functional issue remains.

Patch applied in both instances - ORASR and UAT

ORASR, the file versions match the patch,but in UAT they don't even though the patch shows as correctly applied.

The two files that are at issue are arlplb.opc and arcabp.opc.

After patch 9359890:R12.AR.B, they should have

arlplb.opc 120.14.12010000.9 and arcabp.opc 120.2.12010000.7.

They do have these versions in ORASR. But in UAT, they have

arlplb.o    = $Header: arlplb.opc 120.14.12010000.6 2009/12/06 09:29:59 amitshuk ship $

arcabp.o  = $Header: arcabp.opc 120.2.12010000.4 2009/12/06 09:04:22 amitshuk ship $
