EBTax For Services

Hi Gurus

Please help with this scenario.

We would like to configure  AR for EBTax for service items types. The rule is if the item is service type and sold to non resident, zero rate applies, and to resident standard rate applies. to achieve this we have tried the below configuration.

1. Defined Zero rated Tax rate code and status

2. Defined Standard rated status and codes

3.Defined customer  with one ship to in tranaction regime country and another one with a foreign ship to address.

4. Created a POS rule as  below

     Ship to country equal to Regime Country then place of supply as ship to
