[BIEE/BIP 11.1.1.6] BIP integration performance issue

Hi, experts

I meet a BIP integration performance issue.

When first time show a report from BIEE(not dashboard), regardless the size of report,

the first report must takes 20 seconds.

- Log into OBIEE and go to Catalog > My Folders > select a report

- Click Open for any report and note the time taken to load completely (cost 20 seconds)

- Log into standalone BIP, go to Catalog and open the same report, note the

time taken to complete

the first time it takes about 20 seconds, the second time it is fast.

And the issue doesn't happens in BI Publisher.

Anybody could provide any ideas?
