all technicians are not coming on Gantt Chart for few users

Hi All,

We are having issue of all technicians are not coming on Gantt Chart for few users. For rest, all technicians are coming there.

Cortina Clarkson (User ID E0085069) is not able to see all of the CSEs on her Gantt Board.  She has logged in to the same navigations as other users, such as Milla Parkes (User ID E9917355).  Milla can see all CSEs.

What can be done to solve this? This may be a setting issue in Cortina's Gantt Board.
