How to encrypt the password while logging into Siebel Server Manager

We have a requirement where we need testers to run some scripts through UDeploy. As part of that, we are required to login to Siebel server manager to run some of the script. We require not to display the password of "sadmin" as the testers can easily see the values through the UDeploy logs. As a result, we are opting to encypt the password of "sadmin" so that the testers will not be able to see the plain text password of "sadmin".

I want to know how the password can be encrypted when running the Siebel Server Manager Command.

Quick response is much appreciated.
