Send notifications for purchasing documents

Hi all,

When running the Send notifications for purchasing documents concurrent job we get emails for POs and requisitions requiring approvals as well as Active Quotation approaching expiration.

We would like the concurrent job to only send the Active Quotation approaching expiration emails to be sent out.  Is there any way to limit what reminders are sent?
