E910 Custom Installation Plan validation Failed

Hi, I have created a E910 custom installation plan for the upgrade (from E812 which is on a separate hardware) and the final validation report is showing that the plan failed.

Plan Validation Failed

Plan status was not updated

But I can see in the PDF that all the records are showing "Record Validated" under the column "Execution Result".

The jde.log is showing these errors. Could you advise the potential cause of this failure?
