Weblogic Server 12.1.3 doesn't start - Force Shut Down

Hello Peers,

I have been facing a problem in starting my Weblogic Server 12.1.3. Not sure if anyone had a chance in installing the latest version of Weblogic Server 12.1.3.

It forcefully shuts down every time. Could anyone please share your thoughts on this issue?

I did check my database and it is running up and fine. One thing I don't understand is that my RCU utility created DEV_OPSS schema using plugin database(pdborcl) rather general(orcl). Is that an issue? Plea see below attached image. Also, please find attached log file for reference.
