UNABLE TO UPDATE SUPPLIER SITE DATA WHEN USING INTEGRATED SUPPLIER IMPORT PROGRAM in R12.2.2

Even the POSSUPIMPB.pls file with version 120.10.12020000.4 which is higher than 120.0.12010000.42 (patch#17311920) but still facing the same issue.

Do Oracle has any higher patch which can fix this issue?
