Does Oracle plan to enable Standalone 9.1 to work with Internet protocol version 6?

Does Oracle plan to enable Standalone 9.1 to work with Internet protocol version 6? A few months ago when I installed Standalone 9.1, it would work only with MS Internet protocol version 4. That means that I would have to uninstall Internet Explorer 11 and re-install Internet Explorer 9.  I was unwilling to do this to my primary computer, so I installed Standalone 9.1 on my older spare laptop that I intended to use only if my primary computer were damaged or stolen.  This is a real pain when traveling as I do about 45 to 50 weeks each year.
