Recognizing E812 Deployment Server under E910 Deployment Server

I have E910 Deployment server on a separate hardware than E812 Deployment Server. I am creating upgrade plan and want E910 deployment server to recognize the E812 deployment server so that I can Select the Location, Data, HTML, and Ent servers from E812 and add into my E910 upgrade plan. Could you please guide me how to do this. I have already created ODBC.

E812 deployment server is on Windows 2003 and DB is SSE 2005

E910 deployment server is on Windows 2008 and DB is OEE
