Product Costing - Material cost roll up issue

Hi

We are working in E9.0 and experiencing issue in A1 material roll up cost for Rate scheduled item. The final product is rate scheduled item and all costs are rolling up correctly except A1 cost. The simulation program R30812 is rolling up additional costs along with parts A1 cost and not sure where it is picking up these additional cost . Any one experienced this issue ?
