POV Icon in Workspace not working

All,

We are in HFM/Workspace 11.1.2.3.500. We have two users in Asia that are having problem on their POV Icon. When they click on the Icon, it does not open up the Member selection window, nothing happen. They are using IE v9, have all the the IE recommended settings applied. Any ideas what the issue might be?
