GLXJICOR: Form Correct Journal Import Data throws Error FRM-40735: ON-ERROR Trigger Raised Unhandled

Receiving this error in Production...already tried solutions in Doc name there...Compiled Invalids..no GL Invalids.  Ran adadmin to compile GLXJICOR form (and library).

What else could be causing this?
