Need to change port for IAS upgrade in ebs R12?

HI ALL
while upgrading IAS home from 10.1.3.4 to 10.1.3.5 in ebs R12, do we need to change the port currently i'm using port 80 to port 8010 which was used while cloning the instance

is there a need to change port before upgrading ias?
