Error while upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.0

Dear Gurus,

I received the below error while running rapidwiz for upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.0 on Solaris Sparc 64 bit OS.

Request your help in sorting this out.
