JDE DB Proxy connection anomaly (web users in JDE)

Hi,

I have a case opened with oracle frontline from long time but haven't got any satisfactory response. Thought of posting in community to get satisfactory answer :

Issue deals with DB Proxy connection for JDE web users. Update/Insert activities on JDE table does not happen with defined DB Proxy (System ID in F98OWSEC & F98OWPU) for users connected to web in JDE. But DB Proxy reflects correctly for users connected to FAT Client and making same insert/update in same JDE tables

Explaining issue with scenario :

JDE user ID : RJHA

System ID : RJHA9J

JDE FAT Client : User RJHA logs in JDE FAT Client and add environment to user in P0092. This inserts an entry to F0093 table. As expected DB proxy account which makes DB insert in RJHA9J (defined system ID for user RJHA) - This is normal expected behavior

Howdy, Stranger!
