Siebel 8.1.1.10 : values in SR # and Contact fields are in hyperlink format

Form Applet in which values in SR # and Contact fields are in hyperlink format

1. Navigate to communication screen.

2. Query for any of the SR or  select SR's by running any of the pdq's.

3. List of records will be selected.

4. Select any one of the record and click on Reply button.

5. Communication Detail - Response View will be displayed.

6. Check the values in SR# and Contact field.

Actual Result: The values are in hyperlink form.

Expected Result: The values should be in text form.

Other than configuration changes do we have any alternative solution to display it as Field Label , because we have this kind of issue in multiple applets.
