Cost Collector issue for Pick Release transactions

Dear Guru's

I am performing a transaction which involves transfering the manufacturing costs to Oracle Projects . We have Project manufacturing installed .

I have performed all the setups as per the note 445049.1 .

With these setups the Cost collector program is spawing a Material Cost collection worker thread  , but the cost is not getting transfered to Oracle projects

Below is message which is present in the Log file

DEBUG: Transfer between same project and task. No need to collect cost

Steps to produce :

1) Peform all the setups as per 445049.1

2) Created a Sales order for an item providing the Project A & Task A.1
