Workflow Background Process complete with warning sometimes

Hi

We schedule to run Workflow Background Process.

but sometimes the concurrent complete with warning.

In request log file,there are following error messages

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1008 in afpprq
Cause:  afpprq failed due to ORA-01008: not all variables bound.

=====

There is no error messages in internal manager log and alert log during the issue occur.

Could you share me your advice on how to troubleshooting the issue?
