Unable to cancel a sales order line using API "OE_ORDER_PUB.PROCESS_ORDER"

Hi,

When I try to cancel a sales order line using API "OE_ORDER_PUB.PROCESS_ORDER" I get the error message "Line has been fully Cancelled; Unable to perform scheduling".

Message Name is "OE_SCH_LINE_FULLY_CANCELLED".

But if I manually try to cancel the line from the front end, I am able to cancel the sales order line.

Please let me know what could be the cause for this issue and solution for the same.
