Mobile ebs sales orders app access questions

Hi All,

I am in 12.2.4. I am in the process of configuring mobile sales orders for e-business suite. I have applied the relevant server side patches. I have downloaded the app from appstore. I am using iphone 5S (ios 8). The configuration is working fine and the user name and pwd is prompted after launching the app. However I get an error' You do not have access to use this mobile application.

I had gone through the mobile app administrator setup guide on setting up the mobile app access role to the responsibilities. There is a user 'OPERATIONS' which need to access the mobile app for sales order. I have assigned the mobile access role UMX|MBL|ONT_MBL_INQ_APP_ACCESS to the user 'OPERATIONS' via User management (UMX) and then  I have tried providing the mobile app access role UMX|MBL|ONT_MBL_INQ_APP_ACCESS to the responsibilities. I used Order Management super user (Vision Operations, USA) responsbility. I am still getting the same error
