Siebel 8.1.1.10 :Dialog box names are missing in "Columns Displayed" and "Export" window option.

1) Login to Siebel.

2) Go to Service Requests screen.

3) Click on Query and Go button.

4) Click on Menu option and select "Coulmns Displayed" option.

Dialog box names are missing in "Columns Displayed" and "Export" window option.

We would like to know if is this any configuration issue , In HI Mode this is working as expected
