ODA X4-2 Configuration

System Version: 12.1.2.1.0

I am trying to setup a Bare Metal install on ODAX4-2 and i followed the directions on the setup poster closely. I launched Oracle Appliance Manager, and during the install under the section of the setup layer it fails.
