How to hide 'Complete WO' button in Maintnenace User Work bench

Maintenance User Work bench, When I select to show 'Work pending Completion' option, the page display ' Complete Work Order' Button. How Do I hide this column or button? The Personalization page seems has no option to do this as the same button is used for complete operation and complete WO (It toggles)
