Supplier Print View - Change Company and Legal Entity name that appear

Has anyone had experience adjusting how the Company name (Operating Unit) or Legal Entity name appear in the Supplier Print View of sourcing negotiations. Our system was set up with very generic names ("ABC Operating Unit", "ABC Entity") that do not look good on an external document. Since these are the only changes we need on the negotiation documents, wonder if it can be accomplished without a full customization. Thanks for any response!
