CA PAY: ROE Web upload requires xml format

Hi,

We are implementing Canada Payroll. We are currently testing the ROE process. We have been trying to upload the .mf file (renamed with .blk per the White Paper), but it is erroring due to invalid format.

I spoke with someone at the Employer Contact Center in Canada. The file that we need to upload should be in an xml format.
The file that Oracle is outputting from “ROE - Magnetic Media” is a plain text .mf (magfile). It is not in the required xml format.
