2014 GRE totals higher than State Subject Wages

After running all our 2014 Year End Processes, out GRE totals are higher than State Subject Wages.  Also, State Withholdings are higher.  We ran Run Balance Diagnostic Report, and then ran Generate Run Balances for ALL Balances for Group Level and Assignment Level.  And then ran Adjust Run Balances Dates for Group Level and Assignment Level.  Our out of balance issue did not change at all.

Please advice where else to look.
