Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how to skip or disable validation when submit time card?

please we need to disable the validation when submit time card

if we have time card with out null and submit the status of this time card will be error and don't forward the time card to the approval

so how can to skip this validation to avoid status from error.....
