Senders Email id in Send Message Extended

Hi - I need some help with respect to Send Message Extended System Function.

Send Message Extended picks up senders email id from Address Book -> Whos Who.

If it is not available it picks it from jde.ini file Rule 3.

Is there a way I can make it always refer to Rule 3 in jde.ini file. I do not want emails being sent from different email ids. I want to make it a standard email id PSFT_System is fine.

Please note we are triggering send message extended from both Interactive & Batch Applications.

Have anybody tried this. Any assistance will be highly appreciated.
