E900 SVM_kernel configuration require user log out from JDE ?

HI, could somebody clarify if i need to make sure all the JDE users are logged out from JDE before going for kernel recycling change changed ?

I just checked user's server manager and knew below is their current kernelling setting :

[RECYCLING]
krnlRecycleTimeofDay= Sun: 03:00
krnlRecycleElapsedTime=12:00

InactiveUserTimeout= 6:00
timeToForcedExit= 12:00

they are planning to change the krnlRecycledElapsedTime=0.....would it recycle the kernel PID each sunday 3:00 ?

If the krnlRecycleElapsedTime=12:00 , does it mean it would recycle each 12 hrs after sunday 3:00
