E900 kernel recycling occurence

if changing above to blank...does it mean the kernel recycling time would only happen once a week which is on sun 3:00am ?

In the white paper, it states that kernel recycling is to reduce the usage of server resources...can i say daily occurence would be more practical than weekly ?

krnlRecycleElapsedTime=12 is more practical in a a sense that recycle every half of day...?

pls advise..tq
