Dear Legends,

I'm facing a serious issue with the Listener in a Windows Environment.

DB: 11gR2

Windows Platform

The database is up and Running and this is a clone of our Prod which is our Test Env. I configured the listener using netca and created windows services manually for a listener but even though I couldn't get connected with the DB from Toad or SQL Dev.
