hi all , Line status is booked , checked open messages fro line , i see that "Error: ORA-20004: ORA-

HI All,

We have an order , with no pick status , the order header is booked and line status is also booked , When checked for open messages at line level , i see this message "Error: ORA-20004: ORA-12541: TNS:no listener" also fyi recently we had a crash in our database , the last_update_date on the line matches the time of database crash , could this be the issue behind the line being at 'booked' status ?

Please suggest ASAP .
