Minute as resource UOM

Hi,

My client wants to have minute as UOM for their resources instead of hours  I have defined UOM  and did the resource transaction successfully but  work order duration is not shown based on UOM minute , would you please let me know how can I have a correct duration on work order when UOM of resource is minute.
