Server Manager Console will not start. Where can I find logs/why?

We're running Server Manager Console (9.1.4.x) on a Windows Server (our Deployment Server).  It was working fine Friday.  I think some Windows updates were pushed out since then, but I'm not sure.  Regardless, when I start the service is stops almost immediately.  I've searched the system for *.logs (sorting by date and time) to see if I can find something helpful, but I'm not finding anything.  Where do start looking to find out what the problem might be?
