AME rules based on a person ?

Hello,

We are on R12.1.3

We have a owner for each purchasing category to oversee the spend.

Using AME is it possible to create a rule such that the requisition will go for approval of the purchasing category owner as a final approver.

Currently we are using employee supervisor heirarchy.

Is it possible to hardcode the purchasing category owner name using AME instead of a position.

Say if the purchasing category is Stationery, it should go to Nicole Smith.

Is this possible using AME ?
