Accessing Apex via HTTP Server in newer browsers fails with error

Hi folks,

Lately , we've experienced failures from end users which access APEX via HTTP Server with newer browsers like Google chrome , Firefox and last version of IE.

The error message is : ERR_SSL_FALLBACK_BEYOND_MINIMUM_VERSION

Environment and Architecture :

Apex  - 4.0.2

HTTP Server  - 10.1.2.2

OS  - Linux RH 4

DB : version 10.2.0.4.0 and  located in different Linux server

I want to install,  on a new Linux Server with much higher OS version (RH 6) , Oracle HTTP Server 11g + APEX 4.2.6 + Export/Import the old version into the new version.

What is the best practice to do it?
