Insall Base Open Interface Program Not processing some of relationship of instances, Error "You have

Hi,

We are loading historical install base data into Oracle, using Install Base Open Interface (Parallel Program). We are facing one program, Open Interface program is able to create instances, but when tries to process relationship, it process some successfully and other error out with message "You have passed an Invalid Validation Organization () for serial number uniqueness control check. ". we checked error records but didnt' find anything wrong with inventory organization passed. It would be great if you can help us in fixing this issue.
