Is there any process to purge records from RK_HIERARCHY which has been set as RIB_DELETE_FLAG as "Y"

Hi,

User creates a new department and the information flows to SIM and a new hirerachy is enabled in SIM, if the user tries to delete the department created for some reason the delete message flows via RIB and the SIM flags the appropriate hierarchy RIB_DELETE_FLAG to "Y".

After days when the user tries to create a new department with the same number the creation of department is successful in RMS whereas SIM accepts the messages and does nothing. It has the RK_HIERARCHY record with the information of the department created at the first step with the RIB_DELETE_FLAG as "Y".
