Error while changing the Bill plan event status to Ready

While trying to change the status of a Bill plan event status from Pending to Ready, I'm getting an error. The error message is attached herewith.

I see from the past discussions that the same type of error popped up for Revenue plan events, but am not sure if the solution specified for that issue will suit the issue I'm facing.

Pls suggest.
