table "HRM_PLANS" is not populated with data

Hi Guys,

I need to make a report with the number of "open" positions still unmanned on the enterprise by BU,

The indicator field of this is "incumbent position".

I tried using BI publisher and create a data model but there is only one table with the field "incumbent position",

and the table "HRM_PLANS" is not populated with data.

What do I do next on BI Publisher?
