Siebel 8.1.1.10 : Chrome No popup window with "Open, Save and Cancel" option is displayed while open

1) Login to Siebel.
2) Go to SR Screen > List FS view.
3) Click on Query and Go button.
4) Select any SR with attachments.
5) Click on Original Message hyperlink.

AR: No popup window with "Open, Save and Cancel" option is displayed while opening an attachment in Chrome.
ER: Popup window with "Open, Save and Cancel" option should be displayed while opening an attachment in Chrome.

NOTE: This issue was not observed with IE9.


Any settings in chrome is it required to shows open file attachment
