Project build and deployment containing BI publisher objects

Hi, there is a project containing these BI publisher objects:

R43500 - Purchase Order Print;

R43500|TCH0004 - PRINT PURCHASE ORDER - BIP;

R43500|TCH0005 - REPRINT PURCHASE ORDER - BIP;

R43500|TCH0006 - PRINT PURCHASE ORDER - ON DEMAND - BIP;

I build and deployed the project successfully to PY in the normal way. I have done the project build and deployment so many times. But for this one, users are telling that they can not see the bI Publisher objects after deployment. Is there any extra step required for project build and deployment when it includes BI Publisher? or what can be the cause that BI publisher objects are NOT visible to the users?
